The drawing you see below is of a statue we are going to have built, and which will be erected on the grounds of the National Marine Corps Museum at Quantico. It will be the first ever done to honor one of the greatest Marines ever to wear our uniform, LtGen Lewis B. “Chesty” Puller. This is a call to arms to all who have ever said the immortal words: "Good night Chesty, wherever you are”. Let your fellow Marines, friends, relatives, and all others know of this worthwhile endeavor. All of the people involved in this project are former Marines including the sculptor.

PROGRESS REPORT:

We appreciate all of you who have donated toward the building of the "Chesty" Statue. We have a ways to go to reach our goal of $260,000 but we are sure that all who are interested will bring this to a reality. We have concluded that if every Marine, past or present, plus all other interested persons gave at least $5.00 we could start building the statue tomorrow. This is one battle that needs to be won.
